Award winning builder H2O Custom Pools is the only local specialised concrete pool building company located in the Albury/Wodonga area, bringing high-quality individualised custom builds to our clients throughout the region. Due to increased workload and expansion, we are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join the team as a Construction Supervisor/Labourer. The role requires the ability to work manually on all aspects of freeform concrete swimming pool construction (training provided) and to assist in the related administrative duties.
Experience: Flexible -
Experience in the Construction Industry or a similar Role(Preferred, but not essential – Training Provided)
Remuneration is based on your proven performance
Key responsibilities
Work on all aspects of freeform concrete swimming pool construction
Assist in related administrative duties
Ensure individual project programs and stages are met
Interact with clients, suppliers and other trades
Maintain the client and company relationship
Ensure safety compliance and assist with site safety protocols
Undertake travel and flexible hours as required
Manage sound literacy and numeracy skills for administrative tasks
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative duties
Balance multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
About you
Physically fit and in good health
Enthusiastic, reliable, hard-working, and dedicated to completing the job on time
Organised and structured
Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team or on your own
Good problem-solving skills and initiative
Current driver's licence
Construction Industry White Card and knowledge of OH&S practices
Strong digital literacy, including comfortable daily use of computers and email communication
