How the Program Works
You’llrotate through severalbusinesses, working with different managers, teamsand customers as you build experience across:
- Operations & Warehouse: Learn the products, systems and processes that keep things running.
- Internal Sales: Work directly with customers and build your sales and product knowledge.
- Administration & Commercial: Understand the financial side ofthebusiness.
- Projects &Purchasing: Gain exposure to quoting, purchasingand negotiation.
- External Sales: Build your business development skills.
You’llalso complete tailored courses across sales, leadership, negotiationandfinancial management, plus product training, factorytoursand graduate networking.
From there, potential career pathways include Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Manager and Business Manager.
