A respected national law firm is looking for a super sharp Paralegal to join its close-knit Real Estate group in the Brisbane CBD. You’ll work with approachable Partners on quality matters for national and international clients, and you’ll be treated as a true member of the team.
The Role
You’ll work across a broad range of commercial property and conveyancing matters, acting for both buyers and sellers. This is a hands-on, autonomous role. You’ll run your own files end-to-end and manage your own billable targets, with a collaborative team around you.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Prepare, review and help deliver legal documentation
- Manage matters end-to-end, including critical dates and milestones
- Keep transactions moving by coordinating clients, agents, other firms, financiers and authorities
- Undertake searches and due diligence, spotting and resolving issues early
- Support the seamless delivery of commercial property and conveyancing transactions
- Help shape how the team works through process improvements
About You
You’ll be a Senior Paralegal with broad exposure to commercial property, and you’ll have a solid understanding of property law and processes. Your drafting, document management and matter coordination skills will be well‑developed.
You’re highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with exceptional attention to detail. You’re comfortable juggling priorities and working to billable targets, and you stay positive when things get busy. You communicate well, you’re a genuine team player, and you’re always happy to help the wider group.
