The Corporate team in Sydney has a need for a junior or mid-level lawyer to work under three partners, including a practice leader, with particular emphasis on the Energy sector – offer access to unparalleled mentorship and a front-row seat to complex and meaningful work.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of corporate law and the energy transition.
You will be helping clients navigate the legal complexities of the new economy, moving beyond routine matters to provide strategic advisory on high-stakes, cross-border transactions.
Your work will include advising on project advisory and M&A within the renewables and utilities sectors, assisting with cross-border M&A, corporate restructures, and financing arrangements.
