The Opportunity
The Firm are looking for a sharp, commercially minded Banking & Finance lawyer to join their elite finance team. In this role you will not be relegated to boilerplate work; rather, you will be deeply involved in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of high-stakes transactions. Representing a sophisticated client base of borrowers, sponsors and corporate. You'll assist on refinancings, private capital transactions and debt restructurings, draft and negotiate intercreditor arrangements and security documents.
