The team are not just looking for a technical lawyer; they are looking for a commercial advisor who understands that the best legal work happens at the intersection of tax, finance, planning, and development.
Within this role you will collaborate with internal finance, construction and planning leaders to provide holistic advice to your clients.
You will drive the asset lifecyclefrom initial structuring and joint venture phases, acquisitions and disposals for major institutional and corporate portfolios, and advise on complex capital partnering arrangements, build-to-rent projects, and mixed-use assets.
