As an integral member of this team, you will tackle the complexities of regulatory inquiries, investigations, and high-stakes litigation, including the defense of cartel allegations and civil penalty proceedings. You will guide major domestic and international transactions through complex regulatory clearance processes, navigate joint ventures, strategic alliances, and industry-wide collaboration initiatives, contribute to legislative and policy reform, and develop sophisticated frameworks to manage consumer protection, misleading/deceptive conduct, and antitrust risks.
This is a role for a lawyer who enjoys deep-dive analysis and the high-pressure environment of deal-making. Ideally you will bring 3+ years of experience within a private or public competition/antitrust or regulatory practice paired with the ability to move effortlessly between the boardroom and the courtroom, and between collaborative team projects and autonomous work.
