The Opportunity
We are seeking a bright Associate or Senior Associate to join a market-leading disputes team in Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex, large-scale litigation and providing strategic advice across a range of high-stakes areas, including:
- complex, long-running litigation within the banking, finance, and resources sectors;
- financial regulatory investigations;
- significant class action matters; and,
- contested matters under the Corporations Act.
