This is a full‐time permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, with one day of WFH flexibility.
About the Role
As our Masters Draftsperson, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our master drawings, ensuring compliance with NCC 2022, SLHC, and ResCode regulations. You'll work closely with our Head of Product, Design, and Innovation to manage requests, update WIP, and prioritise master files while continuously refining our designs for efficiency and accuracy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing Master Drawings – Review, update, and improve existing designs from AutoCAD to Revit conversions
- Ensuring Compliance – NCC 2022, SLHC, and ResCode adherence is a must
- Façade & Construction Detailing – Create and refine detailed designs
- Error Checking & Quality Control – Identify and resolve inconsistencies
- Stair Detailing – Proficiency in single and double‐storey construction
- Software Proficiency – AutoCAD & Revit
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Masters Draftsperson in a volume‐building company in Australia
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential construction regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
- A team player with excellent communication abilities
