Sherridon Homes is recruiting multiple Site Managers across Shepparton, Benalla, Wangaratta and Yarrawonga. Already managing sites? Bring your experience. Ready to step into site management? Your role
You’ll help turn plans into homes, keeping construction moving and clients informed along the way. You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and construction schedules
- Delivering quality homes within agreed timeframes
- Maintaining safe sites and meeting occupational health and safety requirements
- Checking workmanship throughout each stage of construction
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing regular updates
- Monitoring and controlling extra to schedule, ETS, costs
- Working closely with your Construction Manager to resolve issues and keep projects on track

- Comfort using technology, with support to learn our systems
You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’ll provide training, guidance and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
