Miranda Auto Body is a Mercedes-Benz authorised paint/repair shop located in Caringbah. We are a friendly, tight knit family run business who are passionate about customer satisfaction whilst delivering high standards. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and will be able to work with minimum supervision in a job share role 2 days a week Monday to Tuesday from 8am-5pm. You will also be required to cover for annual leave when needed.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Management of the day to day running of the office
- Managing a busy reception desk (you must be able to multitask)
- Data and invoice entry
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Greeting customers face to face
- Generating reports for management
- Liaising with customers and insurance companies
Skills and experience:
- Experience using Xero
- Strong PC skills in Word, Excel and Outlook is a must
- A professional phone manner
- High attention to detail
- Willing to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
