What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you will be travelling from client to client assisting with a mixture services including:
- Personal Care - Provide quality shower and grooming care.
- Domestic Assistance – General home cleaning tasks.
- Meal preparation – Prepare a fresh nutritious meal.
- Shopping Assistance –Escorted and unescorted shopping trips.
- Appointments – Assisting clients to all types of appointments.
- Respite – Community access, social outings and in-home activities.
What We're Looking For
You will ideally have:
- Experience in aged care, disability, or home care (preferred)
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Strong communication and reliability
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (preferred)
- Current Police Check
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Must have own car, valid driver's licence, and insurance.
