Minus 1 Refrigerated Transport is a family-owned business in its second generation, driven by strong family values. We specialize in transporting temperature-sensitive freight across Australia.
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Transport Manager to join our team on a permanent full time basis at our Minchinbury depot.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing safe and efficient running of the transport operations in NSW
Ensuring a safe and compliant work site, work environment and work practices for all staff at all times
Maintaining full food safe and cold chain compliant processes and procedures in line with HACCP and other food safety accreditations obtained by the company
Ensuring high customer service levels, maintaining excellent communication and relationships with customers
Maintaining efficient operation with controlled costs
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution or Warehousing business is preferred
BFM accreditation preferred

Sound knowledge and understanding of transport industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated stakeholder management and consultation skills to identify and influence desired outcomes
Build strong working relationships to achieve objectives
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
High attention to detail, with excellent time management skills
Proactive, forward thinking and the ability to problem solve
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and in a team
