Minus 1 is seeking an experienced Fleet Allocator to join our NSW Operations team in Minchinbury. This role focuses on coordinating and allocating our refrigerated transport fleet for LTL and FTL, with AM or PM shift allocation based on operational needs.
You will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to maintain on-time delivery, ensure CoR/NHVAS compliance, and drive performance across the fleet.
