Minor Hotels on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join the Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort kitchen on a full-time basis. You will assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation to deliver a high-quality dining experience for guests.
Requirements include prior Demi Chef or similar kitchen experience, Australian cookery qualification (Cert III preferred), HACCP and WHS knowledge, and a flexible weekend availability. On-site role with shift variety and staff perks.
