Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, you will work with the crew to execute preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities across non-process infrastructure, supporting safe commissioning, operational readiness and reliable site services required for the successful operation and future expansion of the Forrestania Gold Project. Located near Hopetoun on Western Australia's south-east coast, the operation offers access to some of the State's most spectacular coastal and natural environments. Pristine beaches, national parks, fishing, boating, surfing and other outdoor pursuits are all within easy reach, providing a lifestyle rarely associated with the resources sector. For those looking to make the region home, Medallion offers relocation assistance, including rental support in Ravensthorpe and Hopetoun. FIFO and DIDO arrangements are also available, with all FIFO travel undertaken during daylight hours to minimise disruption at the beginning and end of each roster.

About You

You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers who value collaboration and recognise that the best ideas can come from anyone in the room. From the start, you’ll be:

• Performing preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on buildings, workshops, camp facilities, roads, drainage, utilities, water services, lighting, fencing and associated site infrastructure.
• Maintaining the condition and functionality of non-process infrastructure through routine inspections, planned maintenance, defect identification and timely repairs.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records, supporting asset information updates and contributing to initiatives that enhance infrastructure reliability and service delivery.
