Mini Masterminds Liverpool is seeking a passionate Full-Time Room Leader to join our Liverpool centre. You will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care, mentor educators on the floor, and partner with the Centre Leadership Team to uphold the highest standards of practice.
You will guide programs aligned with EYLF, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with children and families while ensuring compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant regulations.
