We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educational Leader (ECT) to join our team at Mini Masterminds Box Hill (84-place centre). As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving educational excellence across the centre by mentoring educators, guiding curriculum development, and promoting best practice in early childhood education. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside educators to support high-quality programming, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure every child receives meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support
- Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
- Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture

About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved), not working towards
- Previous experience mentoring or leading educators within an Early Childhood setting
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Child Protection training/certificate (CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for inspiring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
