Mineral Resources Ltd (Min Res) is seeking a Mining Supervisor to lead a high‑performing crew on our iron ore project at Lamb Creek, overseeing up to 30–40 operators across shifts.
You will drive safe, efficient, and productive operations while upholding safety standards and cost controls.
FIFO from Perth, a 7 days on / 7 nights on / 7 days off roster (2/1) applies.
You’ll report to the Mining Superintendent and contribute to team growth through mentoring, inspections, and hands-on leadership.
