MinRes is seeking a dynamic Yardsman to join the team at our Mobile Maintenance Workshop, located in Kwinana. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading mining services company committed to sustainable practices and innovation. This is a permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday – no weekends and no night shift.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and freight within the yard and workshop
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries against purchase orders
- Prepare, stage, and dispatch materials and equipment according to operational requirements
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, updating systems as required
- Ensure the yard is organised, clean, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with forklift operations, loading/unloading, and movement of heavy equipment
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe work environment
What is required:
- Valid Drivers License
- HRWL LF Mandatory, DG and RB highly regarded
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements
- Previous experience as a Yardsman in a high paced environment where safety is priority
