What You'll Be Working On
- Delivering scheduled preventative maintenance across all camp refrigeration and HVAC systems, including accommodation units, kitchen cool rooms, and amenities.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults across refrigeration plant to minimise disruption to camp residents and operations.
- Maintaining accurate service records, work orders, and compliance documentation in line with MinRes site standards.
- Identifying recurring issues and recommending improvements to extend equipment life and reduce reactive callouts.
What You'll Bring
- Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) with a current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL).
- Hands-on experience maintaining and fault-finding commercial refrigeration systems, cool rooms, split systems, and ducted HVAC units.
- A methodical approach to preventative maintenance scheduling and documentation.
- Familiarity with MinRes or similar mining camp environments, including permit-to-work and site isolation procedures.
- Current driver's licence and readiness to work a FIFO roster.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
