Minecon Recruitment is seeking an experienced MR Water Cart Operator / Civil Labourer to join a well-established civil contractor on a project based in Caboolture.
The project involves drainage works, including the relocation of existing sewer and water mains, as part of early works for an upcoming road upgrade in Caboolture.
The role will involve an approximate 50/50 split between water cart operation and general civil labouring, so applicants must be comfortable getting hands-on and assisting the crew when not operating the truck.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting dust suppression across the construction site.
- Assisting with general site operations and maintaining safe working conditions.
- Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring the water cart is maintained in good working order.
- Supporting excavator operators during trenching and pipe installation.
- Assisting with sewer and water main relocation works.
- Completing general drainage and civil construction activities.
- Maintaining tools, equipment and a clean, safe worksite.
- Working collaboratively with the crew to complete project works safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Current MR Licence or higher.
- Current Construction White Card.
- Previous water cart operating experience.
- Experience working around underground services, drainage or pipeline works will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding and commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Ability and willingness to undertake both operating and physical labouring duties.
