MindChamps is seeking a commercially driven Enrolments Sales Manager to lead our enrolments function across Early Childhood Education centres. The role requires hands-on sales leadership, personal engagement with opportunities, and coaching a small team of two Enrolments Officers.
Reporting to the General Manager – Operations & Performance, you will collaborate with Operations and Marketing to strengthen the enrolment pipeline, improve conversion, and establish a high-performing sales process
