Factory Supervisor — Signage Manufacturing
About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Factory Supervisor to run our signage production floor day to day — keeping jobs moving safely, on time and to a high standard, while leading and getting the best from the team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily production across print, finishing and dispatch
- Lead and supervise the factory team (permanent and casual), allocating labour to hit deadlines
- Keep jobs flowing to time and quality — spot and clear bottlenecks on the floor
- Own workplace health & safety and housekeeping standards
- Oversee equipment upkeep and coordinate with the Print and Prepress teams
- Support training and cross-skilling of floor staff
About you
- Experience supervising a production or factory team (print, signage or manufacturing ideal)
- Strong planning and organisation — comfortable juggling competing deadlines
- A hands-on leader who can motivate a team and hold standards
- Sound WHS knowledge and a safety-first mindset
- A practical problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- A continuous-improvement mindset a plus
