We work alongside quality builders and award-winning architects on projects across Bayside, the Mornington Peninsula, inner-city and north-eastern suburbs.
Experienced A-Grade: Ready to take ownership of projects, lead a small crew and work on some of Melbourne's best residential projects.
Developing A-Grade: Looking to build their experience in high-end residential, with direct guidance and mentorship from the director.

What's On Offer?
- $50-$60/hr + super, depending on experience and responsibility.
- Fully maintained company vehicle and fuel card.
- Consistent hours: 7:00am-3:00pm, with flexible start and finish times.
- Varied work across high-end residential new builds, renovations, commercial projects, bespoke fit-outs and maintenance contracts.
- A supportive team with no egos and no shortcut culture.
The Role:
You’ll be working across quality residential, commercial and maintenance projects, carrying out:
- Leading electrical installations from start to finish.
- Reading drawings, planning ahead and identifying issues early.
- Working closely with builders, other trades and our project management team.
- Electrical rough-in and fit-off to architectural drawings and schedules.
- Installing custom pendants and feature lighting.
- Security, communications and CCTV wiring.
- Fault-finding and problem-solving.
- Maintaining clean, organised and safe worksites.
What You'll Need
- Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence.
- White Card.
- Current driver's licence.
- Working with Children Check (where required).
- Solid knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and strong fault-finding skills.
- A take-charge attitude, clear communication and professional presentation.
- The ability to tackle jobs independently or work effectively with the crew.
- A genuine interest in high-end residential and architectural electrical work.
- Someone who takes responsibility, works well in a team and wants to keep improving.
