Milieu Early Education and Care in NSW is seeking a Diploma-qualified or ECT Room Leader to guide our intimate 0-2 room at the 72-place Raby service. You’ll lead a dedicated team caring for 8 babies, building strong relationships with families and planning meaningful, age-appropriate learning.
In this role you’ll:
- Mentor staff
- Drive programming, observations and intentional teaching
- Maintain nurturing routines
- Collaborate with Educational Leaders and the Centre Director
