Job Description
AL AHAD INVESTMENTS PTY LTD We are seeking a full-time Pastrycook who will be able to work independently and as a part of a team, reliable and will be rewarded with a great salary also a friendly and supportive work environment. To be successful in this role you will need:
- Checking the quality of raw materials and ensuring it meets daily consumption requirements
- Making pastry dough and pastry products by using different techniques such as forming, loading, baking, unloading, and cooling
- Preparing and baking and decorating all types of tart, pies, crumbles and cakes, including cheesecake, brownies and Caramel slice, chocolate indulgence
- Stock receiving, re-ordering and checking date of expiry
- Operating machines and monitoring oven temperatures and checking pastry appearance and ensuring it is baked properly
- Cleaning machines and equipment, baking trays, tins and workplace and ensure kitchen remains clean and organized
- Mentoring and Training new staff
Requirements/Skills Qualification:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Relevant qualification
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Familiar with industry best practices
