The Role
Midwest Community Living Association (MWCLA) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing them with a lifestyle of choice and opportunity within the Geraldton community.
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team in making a meaningful difference.
As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in helping individuals build the skills necessary for independent living and make their own lifestyle choices.

Key responsibilities include
- Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
- Facilitating community participation through regular activities and events.
- Providing personal care, including help with showering and toileting.
- Encouraging social interaction and friendship-building within the community.
