About the role
Join our team on Surgical Ward B as a Registered Nurse, delivering safe, high-quality, evidence-based care to patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support the development of colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement and positive patient outcomes.
About you
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge relevant to acute hospital nursing.
- Excellent clinical problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate patient care and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work a seven-day rotating roster, including nights and public holidays.
