About the Role: Join the Social Work team at Coffs Harbour Health Campus as a casual Social Worker Level 1, providing generalist social work support and leave backfill. You’ll deliver psychosocial assessments, interventions, education and resources to support patients and their families through health-related challenges, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
About You:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification, with eligibility for AASW membership.
- Understanding of the social work role within a health setting.
- Skills in psychosocial assessment, intervention planning and complex case management.
- Ability to facilitate family meetings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, computer and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload.
