- Work closely with sales, service, and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support the growth of team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Note: There is potential for direct people management responsibilities in the future, depending on team structure and business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, hospital executives, and other key stakeholders.
- Support robotic program development and foster long‐term customer partnerships within the region.
- Assist in engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advisory boards to drive clinical adoption and customer confidence.

- Partner with cross‐functional teams including Service, Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure smooth installations, training, and post-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to refine regional sales approach.
- Provide regional insights to support broader commercial and product strategies.
