A successful Scrum Master should have
- MUST be an Australian Citizen, due to the industry the client operates in.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery professional supporting multiple teams
- Strong experience coaching teams through Agile adoption and maturity uplift initiatives
- Ability to facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies across hybrid or distributed teams
- Experience working within IT operations, application support, or service delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to navigate complex environments and support cultural and behavioural change
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile delivery practices, and continuous improvement principles
