Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets focused on channel partners and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Manager Vic should have:
- Proven experience in business development within the Safety sector across VIC/TAS
- Strong commercial and technical acuity
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in analysing market trends and data.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
