Job Description
- Lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization and execution of development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government authorities, and strategic partners, to facilitate project approvals and smooth execution
- Provide strategic guidance on design and master planning, ensuring alignment with market demands and emerging trends
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure the successful realization of the project's vision and business case
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development function, optimizing processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for new developments, maximizing market penetration and revenue generation
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, leveraging market intelligence to inform decision-making and strategy formulation
- Oversee the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring expenditure and revenue streams to optimize project profitability
- Drive sustainability initiatives within development projects, integrating environmental and social considerations into project planning and execution
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Prior UAE experience is mandatory
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes related to real estate development
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
