This is a broad, business-facing role where you'll work closely with operational leaders, providing financial insights that influence decision-making, improve performance, and support business growth. Job Description
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting while providing meaningful analysis that helps shape business outcomes.
- Partnering with leaders across the business to support commercial decision-making.
- Managing financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end activities.
- Delivering budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Conducting pricing reviews, ROI analysis and business case assessments.
- Analysing revenue, costs and key operational metrics.
- Developing dashboards and reporting to drive business performance.
- Supporting internal controls, risk management and process improvement initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and financial outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
- CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion).
- 5+ years' experience in finance, management accounting, FP&A or business partnering.
- Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
- Advanced Excel and strong systems capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
