Job Description
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing account strategies across a portfolio of major clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining senior-level relationships across key customer organisations
- Driving revenue growth within existing accounts while identifying new project opportunities
- Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to customer needs
- Leading tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract outcomes
- Maintaining strong on-site presence with customers across Brisbane and broader QLD
- Collaborating internally with operations and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong balance of commercial acumen, relationship management, and industry exposure.

- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales within construction, civil, industrial, or related sectors
- Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and influence commercial outcomes
- Experience managing tenders, contracts, and multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- High levels of energy, urgency, and accountability in your approach
