Description
Reporting to a senior national leader, you will take full accountability for the commercial, operational and cultural performance of the Queensland business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growing revenue through existing customer relationships and new business opportunities
- Developing and executing local sales and customer engagement strategies
- Leading a team across operations, customer service and production functions
- Managing key client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Driving operational efficiency, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing leadership across safety, people, financial and performance outcomes
- Representing the business at industry and customer events
- Developing a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability and growth
Profile
You are a commercially minded leader with a proven track record in manufacturing environments and a passion for business growth.
You’ll bring:
- Leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial business
- Strong business development, sales or key account management capability
- Experience leading operational teams and managing site performance
- A demonstrated ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence across all levels of the business
