Job Description
- Lead treasury strategy, governance frameworks and best-practice processes.
- Manage organisational liquidity and cash flow planning.
- Oversee investment portfolios and surplus cash deployment.
- Monitor financial risks including interest rate exposure and covenant compliance.
- Deliver high-quality treasury reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with banking, investment and external stakeholders.
- Partner with FP&A, procurement and finance teams to enhance financial performance and cash management initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience within treasury, corporate finance, banking, funds management or investment environments.
- Strong knowledge of liquidity management, investments, funding and financial risk.
- Experience developing or improving treasury governance and control frameworks.
- Advanced analytical, financial modelling and reporting skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with CPA/CA qualifications highly regarded.
- Experience operating within a large, complex or multi-entity organisation.
