MiCare is a not-for-profit provider delivering aged care, home care and community services across Victoria and Queensland. We’re seeking an organised injury management professional to coordinate return to work and wellbeing initiatives, based in Victoria with flexible three to four days per week.
You will report to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner, supporting employees with work-related and non-work-related injuries, coordinating safe returns and developing wellbeing plans.
