Follow up overdue invoices (minimum calls per day for 90 days+ accounts) with two supporting staff.
Upload invoices into MYOB Exo (moving to Oracle Netsuite soon).
Reconcile AR ledger and allocate payments.
Resolve payment issues, short payments and disputed invoices.
Maintain customer records, aging reports and cash collections forecasting.
Update customer refunds list.
Process online trade credit applications and follow up.
Work with customer service to resolve account queries.
Support month-end reporting.
Improve the receivables processes and reduce the age of debtors.
Supervise up to two offsite AR support staff.
