The Summit Restaurant & Bar at Mount Coot-tha, Brisbane, is seeking a hands-on Functions & Events Supervisor to lead the events team from bump-in to bump-out and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You’ll coordinate weddings, corporate functions and private events in a stunning lookout venue.
Reporting to the management team, you’ll work closely with clients, kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service, high standards and memorable occasions.
