Global Medics AU is seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants. We are expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to be part of our next phase of growth. As a trusted leader in medical recruitment across Australasia, we offer the opportunity to take ownership of established, high-performing desks, build on strong client and candidate relationships, and drive further success through strategic business development.
This is a true 360 role where you’ll have the autonomy to make your mark, grow your desk, and be rewarded for your results in a fast-paced and highly lucrative market.
What will you be doing?
- Take full ownership of an established desk, nurturing existing relationships while driving new business growth.
- Source, screen, and place candidates into both locum and permanent roles across Australia.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare organisations.
- Identify new opportunities, negotiate terms, and secure client agreements.
- Deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with your team to share insights and contribute to overall business success.
- Stay across market trends and position yourself as a trusted expert in your space.

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within healthcare.
- A strong track record in 360 recruitment, including business development and account management.
