Metung Hot Springs Pty in East Gippsland is seeking a proactive Metung Country Club Supervisor to lead the MCC team and oversee daily operations of the Pro Shop, bar, café and membership services. This hands-on leadership role places you as the senior on shift, guiding guest experiences and staff on a busy, hospitality-focused site.
You will work closely with the General Manager to train staff, manage stock and events, handle cash/ EFTPOS, and ensure safety and presentation standards across all areas.
