Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Developing and managing an opportunity pipeline to meet sales targets.
- Use of a customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage leads, quotes and activities.
- Constantly demonstrating selling skills and intention to sell.
- Sales of products via the phone and electronic media (emails, chat, webinar).
- Sales calls to designated accounts, both customers and prospects.
- Preparation of reports as required.
- Liaising with Product Managers for continuous product and application training and to assist with marketing campaigns.
- Cooperating closely with field sales representatives to drive communication and knowledge sharing.
- Assisting with general marketing activities where appropriate.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor level education in a relevant engineering field (Highly desired)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- High level of enthusiasm
- Excellent customer service skills - listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player
- Excellent ability with web and electronic tools
- Previous experience in phone-based sales or customer service roles and use of CRM systems highly regarded.
