Metro North Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse – Wound Management to deliver advanced wound care within Post Acute Care Service (PACS), Community and Oral Health in Caboolture. Based at Caboolture Community Health Centre, the role supports patients transitioning from acute care to community-based services and contributes to quality improvement through education and leadership.
The successful candidate will lead assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of wound care, guiding consumers.
