Metro Express is currently looking for a Client Services Representative / Fleet Controller to join the Metro Express Team in managing our fleet of vehicles from our operational base in Willawong.
This is an exciting and dynamic position which will provide challenges, responsibility and opportunity for advancement.
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
Exceptional verbal and communication skills
Sound knowledge of Brisbane
Willingness to learn on the job
Good Computer Skills - Excel, Outlook
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in a team environment
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer service - developing and maintaining customer relations
Management and growth of sub-contractor fleet
Job bookings and queries
Administration
