We require a customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running and be the go to expert in the Northern Suburbs. Full time role
Based in our one of our Northern Suburbs Home and Land Estates, show off our class-leading design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door talking to customers about our Freedom and Designer ranges.
This is an incredible opportunity to make your mark and sell some of the best homes in the country! Help deliver our vision for our customers to Love where you live with one of our 100+ award winning designs to suit their block of land. Weekend work is a must.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contractManaging both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
- Delivering standout customer service by balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
- Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
- Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
- Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in new home sales, real estate, property
- A motivated and results driven sales professional
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Confident building relationships and generating referrals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A strong communicator who can connect with a broad range of customers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently; and
- Available to work weekends, public holidays.
