You will drive the end-to-end claims strategy, operating model and governance, partnering with Distribution, Product, Underwriting, Customer Experience, Risk, Legal, Technology and AI teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
The role acts as executive owner of claims performance, compliance and industry representation, and as Product Owner for the claims digital platform and AI solutions.
