The predicted salary is between 59400 - 72600 $ per year.
We’re seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors) to deliver expert functional and technical support across our SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring system stability, enabling change, and driving continuous improvement in partnership with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors.
Note - this will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

In this Role
- Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and timely issue resolution.
- Act as the escalation point for complex system, access, and configuration matters across the platform.
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead release activities including impact assessments, testing, UAT, and post-release support.
- Partner with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors to deliver effective HRIS solutions and services.
- Create and maintain user documentation, support resources, and drive capability uplift across the HRIS community.
What Are We Looking For?
- Proven experience as a functional SME supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding modules, with hands on configuration and support experience.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle data, and organisational structures.
- Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and post implementation activities.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and customer focused service capability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with People & Culture, IT, and external partners in a complex enterprise environment.
