The Tait Mitre 10 team is on the lookout for a reliable and flexible team player to join us as a Trade Sales Support on a full-time basis, based in our Clayton trade centre.
This role operates a full time hours across Monday to Friday.
You'll be supporting the Branch Manager and the Trade Sales team with a variety of tasks, from responding to phone enquiries, organising deliveries, processing customer orders, and preparing quotes.
What you will be doing
- Entering data for customer accounts
- Responding to customer enquiries and taking special orders
- Preparing accurate quotes and organising delivery schedules
- Engaging customers on the phone or via email to drive sales
- Managing daily administrative tasks for Sales representatives
- Providing in-store customer assistance when required
What you will bring
- A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Timber and hardware knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
